Those . . . COLD . . . Utah winters!


Oh WHAT do YOU do in the Wintertime?

Our favorite winter activity is to head to
Grandma and Grandpa's cabin in the Uintahs!

It's not exactly warm up there . . . nope, not even close!

In fact we have to ride the snowmobiles in,
(or snowshoe, or cross country ski, or hike)

shovel snow away from the front door to get inside
build a fire, gather water from the spring,

but once we're there - ahhhhh - it's soooo relaxing!

But we have a great time playing in the snow!

Great pictures!! And it looks like a lot of fun. Gotta say though that i am glad to just experience it vicariously. After living in AZ for 27 years, I don't do well with cold! We got down to 40 and I didn't want to leave my house! But then maybe if I had a fun cabin to go to . . .

My boys would love to be in UT right now. I would be sitting by the window drinking my hot chocolate however. I enjoy looking at the snow : )
