Oh dear. I feel so bad for the family. I certainly wish them the very best at the Mayo Clinic.
I also have a question for you. What organization did your daughter go to Ecuador with? My daughter is looking into a program to work in an orphanage in Peru, but I don't know anything about the group sponsoring the program.
